Relevant corrective measures: check the circulation of the seal chamber of the centrifugal pump (if equipped with a cooler should also be checked at the same time), to see if there is a blockage phenomenon. Check whether the pump has reduced suction capacity, dry operation, slag and other faults. Check product condition according to original regulations.
2. O ring extrusion
When a part of the O-ring is forced through a small gap, extrusion will occur. This extrusion phenomenon will occur if the seal is too hard when assembling or assembling components, or when the operating pressure and temperature are too high. O ring extrusion can also occur when the size of the shaft seal element is beyond the limit, resulting in a large gap between the elements. Polytetrafluoroethylene 0 - shaped ring has crimping phenomenon, rubber O - shaped ring has been peeled or torn.
Relevant CORRECTIVE MEASURES: CHECK the assembly method and operating conditions to ensure that the sealing parts are adjusted to the original design requirements or re-adjusted by the manufacturer.

When the O-ring is not selected properly, the swelling and edge biting deformation will occur, which not only causes the O-ring itself to lose its original performance and fracture, but also prevents the sliding part from moving.
Relevant corrective measures: Check the original working conditions of the shaft seal to see whether the material is suitable, if not, the material and size of the O-ring should be rematched.
