Rubber sealing ring material type

A ring cover composed of one or more parts is fixed on a ring or washer of the bearing and contact with another ring or washer or form a narrow maze gap to prevent lubricating oil leakage and external intrusion. The sealing ring is a kind of rubber ring with circular section. Because of its O-type cross section, it is called O-type sealing ring.

1, NBR nitrile rubber sealing ring:

Suitable for petroleum hydraulic oil, ethylene glycol hydraulic oil, diester lubricating oil, gasoline, water, silicon grease, silicone oil and other media. It is a rubber seal with wide use and low cost. Not applicable in polar solvents such as ketones, ozone, nitro hydrocarbons, MEK and chloroform. Generally, the temperature range is -40 ~ 120 ℃.

2, HNBR hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber sealing ring:

With corrosion resistance, tear resistance and compression deformation characteristics, ozone resistance, sunlight resistance, weather resistance is good. It has better wear resistance than nitrile rubber. Suitable for washing machinery, automobile engine system. Not recommended for use in alcohols, esters, or aromatic solutions. Generally, the temperature range is -40 ~ 150 ℃.

3, SIL silicone rubber sealing ring:

With heat resistance, cold resistance, ozone resistance, atmospheric aging resistance. It has good insulation performance. But the tensile strength is worse than the general rubber and does not have oil resistance. Suitable for household appliances such as electric water heater, electric iron, microwave oven, etc. It is also suitable for all kinds of supplies that have contact with the human body, such as water bottles and water dispensers. Not recommended for most concentrated solvents, oils, concentrated acids and sodium hydroxide. Generally, the temperature range is -55 ~ 250 ℃.

4, VITON fluorine rubber sealing ring:

High temperature resistance is better than silicone rubber, some weather resistance, ozone resistance and chemical resistance, cold resistance is poor. It is resistant to most oils and solvents, especially acids, aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons and animal and vegetable oils. Suitable for diesel engines, fuel systems and chemical plant sealing requirements. Not recommended for use with ketones, low molecular weight esters and mixtures containing nitrate. Generally, the temperature range is -20 ~ 250 ℃.

5, FLS fluorine silicone rubber sealing ring:

Its performance has the advantages of fluorine rubber and silicone rubber, oil resistance, solvent resistance, fuel oil resistance and high and low temperature resistance are good. It is resistant to attack by compounds containing oxygen, solvents containing aromatic hydrocarbons and solvents containing chlorine. Generally, the temperature range is -50 ~ 200 ℃.

6, EPDM three ethylene propylene rubber sealing ring:

It has good weather resistance, ozone resistance, water resistance and chemical resistance. Can be used for alcohols and ketones, also can be used for high temperature water vapor environment sealing. Generally, the temperature range is -55 ~ 150 ℃.

7, CR neoprene rubber sealing ring:

Good sun and weather resistance. Not afraid of dichlorodifluoromethane and ammonia and other refrigerants, resistant to dilute acid, silicone grease lubricating oil, but in the low aniline point of mineral oil expansion. Easy to crystallize and harden at low temperature. Suitable for all kinds of contact atmosphere, sunlight, ozone environment and all kinds of fire resistance, chemical corrosion resistance sealing link. Not recommended for use with strong acids, nitro hydrocarbons, esters, chloroforms and ketones. Generally, the temperature range is -55 ~ 120 ℃.

8, IIR butyl rubber sealing ring:

Good air tightness, heat resistance, sunlight resistance, ozone resistance, good insulation performance; Good resistance to polar solvents such as alcohol, ketone, ester, etc., can be exposed to animal and vegetable oil or oxide. Suitable for chemical resistance or vacuum equipment. Concomitant use with petroleum solvents, kerosene or aromatic hydrocarbons is not recommended. Generally, the temperature range is -50 ~ 110 ℃.

9, ACM acrylic rubber sealing ring:

Some resistance to oil, high temperature resistance, weather resistance are good, but mechanical strength, compression deformation rate and water resistance is slightly poor. Generally used in automobile transmission system and power steering system. Not suitable for hot water, brake oil, phosphate ester. Generally, the temperature range is -25 ~ 170 ℃.

10. NR natural rubber sealing ring:

Rubber products have good wear resistance, elasticity, tensile strength and elongation. However, it is easy to age in air, sticky in heat, easy to expand and dissolve in mineral oil or gasoline, alkali resistance but not strong acid resistance. It is suitable for use in automobile brake oil, ethanol and other liquid with hydroxide ion. Generally, the temperature range is -20 ~ 100 ℃.

11, PU polyurethane rubber sealing ring:

The mechanical properties of polyurethane rubber are very good, wear resistance and high pressure resistance are far better than other rubbers. Aging resistance, ozone resistance, oil resistance is also quite good, but high temperature easy hydrolysis. Generally used for high pressure resistance, wear resistance sealing link. Generally, the temperature range is -45 ~ 90 ℃.
